Conditions of participation

1. OrganizerThe competition is organized by SWAN Beauty Tech GmbH, Stahlwiete 20, 22761 Hamburg, hi@swanbeauty.com (hereinafter "Organizer").

2. EligibilityAll persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

3. Participation in the competitionParticipation takes place by posting a photo or video on Instagram of a SWAN Beauty large-format poster or city light poster in your story, feed, or as a direct message to swanbeauty_de. Additionally, you must link to swanbeauty_de and use the hashtags #swanbeauty and #swanyourself. Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning. The participation period is from May 19, 2025, to July 15, 2025 inclusive. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. Profit and profit determinationThe following prize will be raffled off among all participants: a SWAN Mirror Carla worth €299. The winner will be randomly selected and notified via direct message.

5. Prize notification and distributionThe winner must respond within 7 days of notification; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. The prize will be sent by mail.

6. Data protectionThe personal data collected for the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy at https://www.swanbeauty.tech/privacy.

7. DisclaimerThe organizer is not liable for technical problems that affect participation in the competition. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.

8. MiscellaneousThis competition is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or similar platforms and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by these platforms in any way. Legal recourse is excluded.
